Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 10-14 business days from your order date unless otherwise stated on the website or product description. This time frame does not include the selected shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday on orders placed before 5 PM (CT), and do not include holidays.

Processing Info:

Orders placed during high-volume periods such as Bow Drops or Events may see a delay in order processing from the date a shipping label is created to the actual shipping date. To heal streamline our process, we pre-print your order and shipping labels prior to actually fulfilling and processing your order. This allows us to move through hundreds of bows in a reasonable timeframe. Because we have to print everything early, you may notice your order is in "pre-shipment" for a few days. This is completely normal and not a cause for concern. If it is past the quoted order processing timeframe, feel free to send us an email for an update at -- please be sure to include your order number.


Shipping Info:

We ship all orders standard via USPS First Class Mail, however we do offer the option to upgrade to Priority Shipping. All orders over $30 will receive the option for FREE US Ground Shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can trace the status of your package every step of the way! 

Please note: once USPS has marked an item delivered, any issues or concerns with your delivery must go through your local Post Office. We'll always be here to help, but we are unable to "find packages" if they are mis-delivered.


Local Pickup:

If you are Local and would like to pick up your order, please select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you. DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP IN LEANDER, TEXAS.
